"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. I'm fortunate enough to have my little malted maker, my little chocolate shake maker. The only reason I go half with the milk is because I don't want it to spill out. I lift the mechanism back. I just put it underneath. It has a little holder. I'll start it by putting it on low and just let it mix. What I'll do then is just add a little bit more milk to it. Just let it mix for about 30 seconds. I'll then put it on high for about another 10 seconds and tell the kids. You wouldn't even have to tell the kids. They hear that sound, they're going to come right around. Look at how beautiful this is. Pour it right into our pint glass. Gracie is ready. You got nice chunks of the ice cream, which everyone loves. This is just a favorite of all the kids. Put a little straw and a little spoon to scoop out your ice cream. It's actually a black and white. That's why it's not as dark. A black and white. You can use chocolate ice cream. Any kind of ice cream you want to use is great for this. Make sure you use a couple of heaping spoons of that malt. It's good for you and it tastes great. That is amazing."
