Adding Ingredients for Ice Cream Malt

"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. We're going to make a black and white malt, which is great because I have chocolate and vanilla ice cream. What you're going to do is just get a scoop of each. If you only have a mixer, put it right into your mixer. This mixer comes with this specific canister for mixing. I'm going to grab a little shot of milk and go about halfway with the milk. I'm going to give it a squirt of chocolate syrup. I don't want to go too much because we are using the malted. Malted is actually very healthy. It's got a lot of protein in it. I'm going to go with maybe 1, 2 heaping spoonfuls of our malt. Come back. We're going to put it underneath our mixer and get it ready. It's real simple and it's real fast. Come back.
