This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. He would give it a stir like so. As you're stirring, you slowly add your club soda. What you're trying to do is get a nice head on it. That's it. That's a nice one. You just give it a nice stir as you do it. He would say if it was a good one, your straw should be able to stand in it. Let's see. Not bad. Sal might be proud. There you have it. Chocolate egg cream.
