"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. Growing up in Queens, there was probably a sweet shop probably on every corner. My particular sweet shop was Louise's, where you can go in with a dollar, everything was a penny, and you would be in sugar heaven. One of the best things they did there was the chocolate egg cream. The ingredients are so simple and it's a timeless drink, and it's great for hangovers. At least that's what I was told by Sal who used to make them. By the way, the best egg cream in New York City. He's passed away now, so he's lost that honor. You're going to need a splash of milk in the bottom of a pint glass along with a squirt of some chocolate syrup. With that, as you start to mix it together, all you have to do is add some seltzer water and get it to where it has a nice thick head. The egg is optional. I was told they used to put it in there for protein and to give a guy a little boost when he had too much the night before. Ingredients are simple. Milk, seltzer, and syrup. Go out and make a chocolate egg cream."
