"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. We're back. We got our utensils. You don't have to have all the utensils to make this stuff. I have a nice ice cream scooper for ice cream. You don't need that. All you need is a regular spoon, but if you have it, use it. A long spoon is good for when you're making your chocolate egg cream to whip it up, but you need to have it. Just a regular spoon out of your drawer will be fine. Making my malts. I have a malt maker, but if you don't have one, you can use a blender. That's fine. I have this so we're going to use it today. The 3 of our drinks today will be just made in a regular pint glass. Our chocolate egg cream, our float, our ice cream soda float, and our malted chocolate or vanilla shake will go in this as well. Again, it doesn't have to be chocolate or vanilla. Whatever ice cream you're using. This will be for our sundae. A nice fancy glass. If you don't have a fancy glass, it's no big deal. All you need is a little bowl to put your ice cream in. Remember, nobody cares what it's in. You just care what's in it, and that's just fun stuff. Remember that sundae is fun day here on Expert Village. Come back. We're making it all right now, right here."
