"Hi. This is Richard Buccola here in New York City, on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. Everyone has their old recipe for sweet potatoes whether their aunt or someone does it. Now, I've got elected for this a few years ago. I played around with it and I had a couple different recipes from my aunt and grandmother. I'll tell you I think I've perfected it. Sweet potato casserole is a special dish that's really Christmas/Thanksgiving and it really comes from the yam. According to the Department of Agriculture, they actually have to be called yams. They are really yams. They have been labed this way since about 20A30 years ago, they are great. They are low in sodium and they are great for you. They are a good source of vitamins A, C, but today, we are going to make them not so healthy. Let me tell you, this will be the best sweet potato dish you ever made in your life.
