"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice, hot fudge brownies. I'm going to place this in the oven in the middle of the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes. We don't want to over cook the brownies. Again, if you do, they're going to be hard and they're not going to be fudge like brownies. They're fudge, so they should be soft and gooey. That's the way they're supposed to look. Later on we're going to place it on a rack, a cooling rack, so they can cool before we cut them and you can get nice squares. If you cut them a little too soon when it's hot, then you're just going to get a bunch of mush, and you don't want that. You want nice squares when you're cutting these brownies. This is what a rack looks like. This is what you're going to place it on. I'm going to leave it on top of here. When they're ready to come out, I'm just going to place it here. That would be it until those brownies come out."
