"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice, hot fudge brownies. I'm using sugar here. I'm using 2 cups of fine sugar. I'm going to go ahead and sprinkle it in here. I do it like that and I mix it. This is one cup. Mix it. One cup is in here. I want to mix it nice. Make sure that all the chocolate gets the sugar that it melts in there and it's smooth. I stir it a lot when I'm making my brownie. I like to stir my brownies a lot. I like to beat them a lot. I'm going to take one more cup of sugar. I'm going to place it in here. A little at a time. Just sprinkle in it like that. You're going to find it's going to be a little bit thicker. Just stir it. Stir it moving it around, making sure you get all that chocolate on the side. This is what it's going to look like."
