"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice, hot fudge brownies. Notice that it's starting to melt now nice and easy. I'm stirring it with a spatula. I'm going to go around like this and just moving it around. I like to move around my chocolate and the butter. Like I said, a low heat if you have a gas stove. I keep it low. Stir it up continuously. We're going to go ahead and stir this, I'm going to have another pot here because I'm going to transfer it over so I can go ahead and put my sugar in there and stuff like that and stir it. I like to stir it and do this on the heat or in the pan. That's how I make my brownies, especially these fudge brownies. I do it all in a one pan. I don't use this one because it's a little too hot after melting the chocolate. What happens is if its too hot, then the eggs that I put in will become scrambled."
