"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice, hot fudge brownies. I'm going to go ahead and take 4 of these squares like this. I took an extra one. I know I didn't say that before, but I take an extra chocolate square, I break it in half, and I use it. When I'm melting it, sometimes there's some stuff on the sides and I don't get enough chocolate out of it. I'm going to put a half of that, but we're going to take 4 of the square chocolates. You can buy any kind of chocolate you like. There's many out there that are really good. I'm going to proceed to start melting my chocolate. It looks something like this. I'm going to melt it. This in unsweetened chocolate if I didn't say it before. It's not sweetened because we're going to use plenty of sugar later to sweeten up our brownies. We're just going to put that in there and we're going to start to preheat. Not preheat. I should say we're going to start to turn on this stove. If I can get it on. Here we go. Then I'm going to take the butter and I'm also going to place it inside. "
