"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice, hot fudge brownies. We're going to take a pan about this size. This is a 9 x 13 inch, and we're going to take the butter and generously butter the pan real well so that the brownies don't stick to the pan. We're going to take this and really, really get in the crevices and butter up the pan. Make sure you get all the edges of the pan. It makes it really taste good too when you use butter for the brownies. You can use Pam if you're trying to not gain too much weight, but what can I tell you, brownies are already fattening and they're so good. Here we go. I'm going to take my fingers like this, and I'm going to go ahead and go in here because sometimes the corner of my butter doesn't allow me to get inside of the pan. All the way around and there you go."
