" On behalf of expertvillage.com, I’m Liz Muller, and today I’m going to teach you how to make a delicious beautiful cheesecake flan. I’ve been mixing this for a couple of minutes now, and as you see you can still see the egg yolk a little bit, but I’ll just do this a little bit and stir. You want all the condensed milk to come from the bottom. You don’t want anything sticking to the bottom of the bowl and you want to go ahead and continue to move it around like this. Continue to move it around; everything nice and mixed. 5 ingredients in here, just remember that. Just mix it up and stir. Whisk and stir. I’m going to go ahead and do the second mixture. "
