"Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. Today we would be making Chanukah's. Chanukah's is a special Hanukkah treat because of the miracle of Hanukkah involve oil. Hanukkah treats are fried oil. Sufganiyot are a special sweet yeast donuts that are filled with jam. Here are the ingredients that we would be using today. We would be using two to two and a half cup of flours, a half a cup of warm water. You want to make sure that the water is warm to the touch and not hot cause we would be using for our yeast. One tablespoon of yeast, two tablespoons of sugar, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and we are going to be using one whole egg. Then one single egg yolk without the white. We would also be frying our sufganiyot in oil. I'm using a anola oil and we would be filling it in with jam. You can chose your favorite jam, I like all the fruit varieties. Okay let's get started.
