"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now I'm going to remove the potato batter from the food processor. You see it still has that stringy grated look on the top but on the bottom it's been pureed a little and mixed with the batter. We'll just pour that in there and stir it all around and that will be a nice texture for our potato pancakes, slightly pureed and slightly stringy. Next we'll be taking it to the stove and we want to fry them up. You want to have a pan ready on the stove with about a quarter inch of oil and you want to heat that oil on a medium heat until it reaches about 375 degrees. You can also test it with a little bit of the potato mixture to see if it's too hot or it needs to be heated up a little more, I'll show you over there in just a second."
