"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village. We'll add our eggs. We have 2 eggs. I'm going to crack them into a bowl to make sure I don't get any shells. You can add your salt, your flour, a 1/4 cup of flour, a teaspoon of salt, 2 eggs, a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and about an 1/8 of a teaspoon of pepper or more to taste. We'll put our cover back on and whip that batter a little bit until we mix it all up. Now I'm going to take- I'm going to give my potatoes one more squeeze. They still have good color, no grayness, and I'm going to mix it now into, I'm going to add that into the food processor. I don't want to puree this. If you like to puree it you can puree it, but I like to leave it a little bit stringy, slightly pureed and a little stringy. I'm going to add my potato in there and give it a few little whizzes in the food processor, just to mix and then put it into a bowl and then we'll be frying that. "
