"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to shape the cookies before we start shaping them you should preheat the oven to 350. We bake it for about 10-12 minutes. What we do is we have a little bowl of water over here. I'm just going to wet my fingers and take the batter and make a circle and just pat it down. It depends what size you like, it depends on how long it is going to bake. Bigger cookies of course are going to take longer to be cooked. Small ones would be shorter. But this size takes about 10-12 minutes to be baked. So if you want to make your job a little bit easier you can alway like I said before leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or put it in the freezer even for a hour. Then it would be easier to work with. "
