"Okay so I didn't tell you this last time but this is Parchment paper and it is a absolute must for people that like to bake cookies. You can get it at a restaurant supply store, you can get it at any solo table it like a great cookie store in English it looks like sort of like table you get parchment paper then you don't have to ever wash your cookie sheet not very often. You don't need to grease them and you cookies will not burn on this it is amazing invention and I love it. So we are again just dip your little ice cream scoop. We are using a bigger ice cream scoop cause I want a little bit bigger cookie these would be about this big and I'm going to dip in water so the the dough doesn't stick. Then we are going to get in here and get some dough and these do spread a little more then the almond cookies did. So we are just going to go 3 across also there a little bigger. And once I have these all scooped then I'm going to go ahead and put them in the freezer for 5 minutes so they don't spread. You see my dough is starting to stick so I'm just going to stick it back in the water here and then go for it. Almost done. What I do a lot of time if I having a dinner party or something I just make a batch. If only need 9 cookies then I just freeze this dough and then you have it on hand. So we are going to take these and put them in the oven and then we would show you how to eat them. "
