"Alright while the almond cookies are baking we are going to make the icing and it's super super simple. Your first ingredient is going to be 2 cups of powder sugar and so we are just going to dig in here and this is not a exact science it's sort of this is about a cup a little bit more so you just want 2 kind of big cups of powder sugar. This almond icing is really light glaze and really all that is in it is water, powder sugar, and then a little bit of flavoring and this is going to be almond flavoring whatever kind of color you want to add to it. So we have our powder sugar in there I'm going to add 1 teaspoon of the almond extract, and then I'm going to pour in about a 1/4 cup of water. You want this to be consistency where it is not to thick cause we are going to dip our cookies in it. So we are going have this all mixed up and we come back I'm going to show you how beautiful it looks in our almond cookies. "
