Baking Gourmet Almond Cookies

"Alright I just took the dough out of the freezer and I just freeze it for about 5 minutes so you want to scoop the dough, stick in your freezer and then pull it out and that again is going to prevent it from spreading. Now a lot of ovens are different so you always want to preheat your oven for at least 15 minutes before you pop your cookies in. These cookies bake at 350 degrees so I have a 350 degree oven. I'm just going to go ahead and pop these cookies in there and if you have a confectioned oven that means that there is a fan in the back that swirls around and moves the air then you pop them in here for about 15 minutes and you are good. This is not a confectioned oven so about 7-8 minutes I'm pull them out rotate the pan 180 degrees and then stick them back in. So that way they bake really evenly. So we are going to put our timer on and in 15 minutes we are going to have some delicious almond cookies. "
