"So now we have our beautiful almond dough. It smells so good for our little almond butter cookies that we are going to be making and decorating. Okay so you take your paddle off and if you are not on camera you could eat some of the dough but today we can't. This is what it looks like and then we are going to use a ice cream scoop to get scoops of dough that are exactly the same size. So it could make your cookies a little more professional. Alright so we are going to get our cookies sheet and we are going to get ready to scoop some dough. "
