"The first cookie that we are going to be making is a almond cookie. You know that cookie you get in Chinese restaurant the almond cookies that are kind of good this is my style we taken it up a notch and it is a simple butter cookie. It is about this big, it is a little bit round and then we ice it with a light blue almond icing and it is just really rich buttery, it is not to sweet and the ingredients are really simple. We start with salted butter, we add a little bit of powder sugar, and then some almonds that I have taken and grinned in a Cuisinart, and then we add some flour and a little bit of almond extract, and a dash of salt. So it is a really great cookie it goes great with a green tea latte. Yum. I love cookies so that is the first cookie we are going to make and we are ready with our mixture."
