Serving a Dessert Buffet

"With that, our dessert buffet is done. We started, we got some triple chocolate brownies, got our Scottish shortbread, rustic apple tart, and just because I had some extra time and some whipping cream. Who can say no to cream, right? You'll notice that in this buffet, I've got a cake like dessert. Aside from the fact when I was talking in the beginning about getting something chocolate, vanilla, another flavor, and then just whipped cream because I like it. I've got something cake like, a hard dessert cookie, and then a pie as well. I varied the textures there too. I'm gonna go grab a few little plates that everybody can serve themselves and get dressed and that's it, my friends will be here very soon."
