"Alright, so the last thing that I want to do for my dessert buffet is make some decedent whipped cream. This isn't even 35% cream, this is heavy cream but it makes, even though it's heavy, a lighter whipped cream. So, I'm going to add a little bit of sugar, I don't want my whipped cream to be too sweet, because if it's going along side desserts or I was thinking some strawberries would at least dress the table up nicely. And, of course my favorite, a little bit of vanilla. I'm going to beat this on high until it forms stiff peaks but don't over beat it. When it gets to that point, and I'll show you in a sec, stop because otherwise it will turn to butter. I'll show you in just a minute."
