"So I'm just loosening with this pastry cutter. This is the hardest part of the tart, honestly, is getting it onto your platter. Take it, honestly it would be much easier if I had two of these, but there we go with not too too much trouble. You've got a lovely rustic tart. Clean up the edges a little bit. Now the last thing, oh and by the way, to cut this, I would use pizza cutter. Just really easy to go lengthwise like that. To finish it off, just so you get a little bit of shine, I've thinned out some apricot marmalade and I've thinned it out just with water and I'm just dotting the top of it just so that it glistens a little bit. Doesn't take a lot of it. There's really not enough of it that you're going to taste it. It just makes it look kind of have that finished look. Add a few almonds to the top of it. Just some slivered almonds like that. So you've got a little bit of crunch, you've got the buttery taste from the pastry, you've got the sweetness from the apples, and there you go. That's ready to go. Bring it to the table."
