"So, now for the dry ingredients of the brownies. I'm going to take my spoon here and spoon in to approximately 3/4 and the rest I'm going to fill to the cup line with cocoa powder, our second kind of chocolate. So so far they are double chocolate brownies. Those are our first dry ingredients to that I'm going to add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and just a little pinch of salt because the salt make the sugar come out. I'm going to combine that. And now this is actually a great recipe to do with kids because it's sort of, it's the kind of recipe where you just dump things in, you don't have to worry about it being perfectly incorporated into thirds like it was some fancy cake, nothing like that. So now we're just going to use the spatula and incorporate our two kinds of chocolate. Now, I've mentioned , we're at double chocolate out of triple chocolate and you'll see next to me just what that triple chocolate is. That's right, it's chocolate with candy bar, it's chocolate with caramel and that's what makes these brownies really, really special. Because not only have you got the melted chocolate, not only have you got the cocoa powder, but you've also got these little chunks of chocolate and caramel together. So, I'm going to finish cutting these up into small pieces and you want to disperse them sort of evenly if you can and then incorporate like that because if you just dump them in all at once, the caramel is going to stick to each other. So, I'm going to finish putting these in and then we're going to be ready to put them into the pan and into the oven."
