"MARK PESCE: Hello, I'm Mark Pesce from France. I'm from France. And on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to cook a French dessert called the le poires belle Helene. So now, I've got the plate with the pears and stuff. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put all this liquid in the plate with the pears. So I'll just move this one a little bit and we'll move it back later, okay, there we go. I will move this. So now, I've got my plate and my pears. What I'm going to do is I'm going to put the plate in the oven. So it has to stay in the oven for, like, 40 minutes at least, I think. But watch out and go and have a look because you don't--you may be--you have to watch it if it's not done or anything. And then we, you wait, and then you wait 40 minutes, and then we do, just before you put out your pear from the oven, we do the chocolate and stuff. So it's not finished yet. Just this part with the pears is finished but we have to deal with the chocolate. But we will do that just five minutes before this will be finished to cook. So I'm going to put this in the oven, and then we'll come back and do the next part. [SPEAKS FRENCH]"
