Cinnamon Pears & Ice Cream Sundae Recipe

"Hi. I'm Marlene Spiegel founding team leader from Wild Tree. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make cinnamon pears with ice cream. I've melted two tablespoons of butter. I'm going to add two tablespoons of Wild Tree's cinnamon sugar blend and stir that around. Next I'm going to add four of these pears and let then suck up the juices from the sugar blend. We're going to let them saut? for a couple of minutes just to get them a little bit soft. The reason I left them in half is because more for presentation than anything else. So, if you're in a hurry, you can actually cut them in smaller pieces and it will saut? a lot faster. But I'm just putting this glaze right over them. And I'm going to bring these dishes over. And I'm just going to lay them right in there. And then take my ice cream and scoop it right over the top. Instead of being in a nut shell its in a pear."
