"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of expert village and today I'm going to teach you how to make rice pudding. Ok, so we have stirred for fifteen minutes and this is nice and thick. And you can, you can smell vanilla. This is going to be really awesome. It smells great. Now we need to extract our vanilla bean so we're going to find it and I think...let's see...there it is. Here's our vanilla bean and I'm going to clean this up and I'm going to save this because I want to use this again a couple more times. So...and these are pretty expensive. This, I think it was for a jar of two is like ten dollars. So I'm definitely not going to, you know how I am, I don't waste. I'm not going to waste this. I'm going to put this aside and I'm going to keep that. You may see this on another expert village tutorial. So, now what we're going to do is we're going to stir in our butter. Just put that in. Ok. And we're just going to stir that up. Ok. Wonderful, it's..cause it's pretty hot so this melted pretty quickly. Ok. Wonderful. Ok, so now we're going to see you on the next step "
