"Hi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to prepare the glaze to put on top of the ready shape marzipan You take 2 tablespoons of corn syrup a little bit sticky corn syrup 2 tablespoons. Now we are going to add a 2/4 of a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Mix it to it gets to a boil. Now as it reached a boiling point we are going to put it in another dish so we can take it to the table and do the glaze on some of our marzipan shapes. Now I'm going to show you how to put the glaze on the fruits and vegetables here. You have 2 ways of doing it either take the marzipan and dip it and take it out with a teaspoon, put it to dry or you can take a paintbrush and brush it around. Carrot. No matter how you do it, it is going to make it is going to give a little nice shiny look to your creations."
