"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village, and today I'm going to teach you how to make rice pudding. Okay, I'm going to put my burner on medium high. Okay, in a medium sized sauce pan, I'm going to add four cups of water, okay, here's our fourth cup. Okay, we're going to add our half a cup of rice and once that comes to a boil, we're going to let it boil for about ten minutes. Okay, so the rice has been cooking for ten minutes, so what we want to do is we want to take it off the stove and then drain it. Okay, so since we're dealing with rice, and it's small, I don't want any of the rice to escape through the holes of the strainer. So we're going to put this bowl down, and I'm going to take the strainer and put it on top of the bowl, and then I will pour my rice into it. Let's give it a good shake, just to make sure we get that excess water out. No rice has gone through, so that's good. I'm just going to shake that up. Okay, I'm going to put that off to the side and then we'll find out what the next step is."
