"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village, and today I'm going to teach you how to make rice pudding. Okay, so the first thing we're going to do is, we're going to grate the orange. I just want to get the orange part, not go too deep and get the white part under it. The white part's really bitter, so we want to get the orange part. So, I'm just going to grate this real quick. And also, just so you'll know, I washed this because of the wax and chemicals, so I gave this a good wash. It's always good to wash your fruits and vegetables. So I'm just going to grate this, just to get, just to get very fine, and just to get some of the zest. I need about two tablespoons of this orange zest and as you can see, it's right there. So we're just going to keep grating this. Remember I don't want to go too deep, I just want the orange part. They say the orange part of the peel actually has a lot of flavorful oils, so that's the part that we want for this. As you can see, here's our zest right there, so let's just keep doing that. And of course we're not going to use any other part of the orange. So if you want a little snack, you actually eat it. So, so I'm going to continue doing this and get about two tablespoons of this zest, and then I will see you on the next step. "
