"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to do the second part of the mocha cream that we are making. First of all we take the chocolate mixture that we made. We placed it in a different bowl cause we needed to cool to room temperture. If you are in a rush, you can always put it in the refrigerator that would make it cool off course faster. So this you have to leave alone until it gets to room temperature. Then we take the margarine and the sugar and we are going to cream it together. First I'm starting with the margarine and then gradually adding the sugar to it the half cup of sugar that was left. If you remember when I mixed the flour with the margarine, it was heavier but the margarine together makes it a nice fluffy cream. Put it in high speed. You can see how you can't see anymore of the sugar. The sugar got mixed up good inside with the margarine. It is nice white fluffy color that means that the cream is ready and should be placed aside until the other chocolate mixture would be cooled together. Of course if you mix it up when it is too hot, the margarine is going to melt, it is going to get melted and there is no way that you are going to get this fluffy desired cream that we are going to have as you would see."
