"Hi, I’m Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to add the rest of the ingredients to the egg whites. First we take the egg yolks and mix them a little bit, gently pour them in with the sugar, very gentle so it won’t break the egg whites. Now we’re going to take the flour and put it through the sifter, then the coca and put it with the flour through the sifter. Because those two ingredients tend to have little balls, as you can see here it has little balls that we don’t want them to stay and to make non-pleasant taste to someone that might, they will bite into them, coca, concentrated coca like that. "
