"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix the ingredients of the first dough, of the heavier dough. We are going to take the flour. First, the dry ingredients the salt, the sugar, we are going to make a little well in the middle. Pour the vinegar, the oil and the 3 egg yolks. We are going to start mixing them from the middle towards the sides. Now we are going to start adding the water a little bit at a time cause sometimes you do not need the whole half of cup. We don't want a sticky dough; this is not suppose to be a sticky dough. Add a little bit, add to the side. We are going to take the flour. Now once we finish with this dough, we are going to put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes while waiting/making the other dough. Take a little bit flour and we are going to let it rest now for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. This is our dough. "
