"Hi. I'm Karen for Expert Village. I'm going to add a little design element to my ribbons before I set them on. I'm going to put some little blue hearts on the ribbon. So you put a little bit of the confectionery sugar and roll out your... I'm using the light blue. Roll it out. Make sure that there's plenty of the powdered sugar so that it's almost a little bit dry so that it makes it easy to cut out. Ok. I'm going to just cut out little teeny hearts. It's handy sometimes to just have a toothpick to just poke them out, and a little bit of water to attach them. I'm only going to put them on half of the ribbon because it's going to be folded and the bottom part won't show anyway. So we'll just put a couple of little hearts on each of our ribbons. It helps to cut a lot of hearts at once, and then you just glue them down with a tiny bit of water. You don't want to use too much water. If you use a lot of water, it softens the fondant, and it's just messy. You just want a tiny, tiny bit of water. Like this. Just barely wet. Just enough to moisten a spot and then you place your decorative element on top. And then that will stick like glue."
