"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. We've let that mix for 2-3 minutes. Now we're going to add our dry ingredients. We'll be adding 4 1/2 cups of flour. Fill those cups full and flat. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1/2. 4 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt. To keep that flour from poofing out of the bowl, I'm going to put a bag over it. You can also use a dish towel. I'm going to stop the machine and put it down and scrape down our side. It's a good idea to always stop the machine to do your scraping to avoid any accidents. We'll continue to let that beat for another 3 minutes. While it's beating, we'll prepare the chocolate for our marbling. "
