"Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. Today we're going to be making a marble sheet cake. First we're going to be preparing our ingredients, it's important to take out all of your ingredients before you start to make sure that you have everything you need. There's nothing worse then getting halfway through a recipe and finding you've forgotten to buy something. So here we go, today we're going to be using 4 1/2 cups of flour, 2 1/4 cups of sugar, plus an additional 1/4 for our marbling, a 1/4 cup of cocoa, I like to use the dutch process cocoa, it has a nice flavor, 1 cup of oil, I'm using Carnola Oil, 4 eggs, 4 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of vanilla. I'm also using a cup of milk, you can use Soy Milk instead, I prefer to use Soy Milk or you can use water or if you'd like to have a little more flavor a little more zip, you can use orange juice and if I use orange juice I usually grid in a little bit of the orange peel for a little more flavor."
