"We'll start by removing our cake from the pan, and I'm going to be putting it on this platter. Now, if you don't have a platter or a cake box or what, to put the cake on, you can cut some cardboard squares. You want to have a double layer of the cardboard squares and cover them with tinfoil. Now, I have a full proof method for removing my cake from the pan. And that's to use a layer of baking paper on the bottom of the pan. And then the cake comes out every time. And then all you need to do is, loosen the sides. So, what you would do is take a piece of baking paper and cut it to exactly fit the bottom of the pan and then spray the bottom of the pan, lay the paper in, and spray all the way around the side with some food release spray. And with, then you can just turn the cake over, like this. Now you, using the bottom of the cake, will give you a nice flat surface and here's the baking paper, cut exactly to the bottom of the cake pan. And it comes off perfectly. You don't have any crumbs or holes on the bottom of your cake."
