"Now we are going to fill up our pastry bag. You take the pastry bag and you turn the top edge inside out like this. You can slip your hands up under there and open the top and you can fill it in this way. Just take the spatula and put the frosting right in it pushing it down to the bottom. You can also take the pastry bag and slip in into a cup also flipped around inside out and fill it just like this. It is a little bit easier and that way you can push your frosting way into that. You only want to fill where you are folding because you want room to twist the bag. Then you can pull it out like this and shake the frosting to the bottom like that."
