"Today we'll be making this cute teddy bear cake. This is a great cake for beginner cake decorators. We'll be making the cake out of a basic 9 x13 inch sheet cake and we'll trim the cake to make the teddy bear shape and I'll show you some great frosting techniques and decorating with candies. This is what we'll be using for our quick and easy teddy bear cake. We'll be using a basic 9 x 13 inch cake. I've made a marble cake. You'll need some chocolate butter cream icing. We'll be using a disposable pastry bag with a coupling and a star tip. You'll need some toothpicks for marking. You'll need some assorted candies for decorating. I'm using a bit of a chocolate bar, some chocolate chips for the claws of our bear, some of these gummy eggs for eyes, a little red sugar gummy for a tongue, some stringy licorice and some gummy bears. You'll also need a serrated knife to trim the cake and some spatulas for frosting."
