"Now I'll show you how to fill and use a pastry bag and tips to make some accents on our princess doll cake. Now I use these disposable pastry bags then there's no need to clean them. And you can use a coupling like this with the tips. I'm using a number two, very small tip for the, for doing some accents on our cake. And first you need to cut off the tip of the pastry bag. And we'll just put the coupling inside the bag. It's better to cut off a smaller amount and see I made it a little too small, so I'll take off a little bit more. It's better to cut off a small amount than to cut off too much and then ruin the bag. And then , so you put your coupling inside, the tip over the coupling and then you can screw that tip on tight like that. Now to fill the bag, you want to turn the bag inside out like this and it makes a little, make a little hole there and you can use your hand underneath the fold to hold the bag open. Or you can slip it over a large cup or glass and then you can fill it with butter cream. And then you just stuff the butter cream in there, just up to the fold. You don't want to fill a pastry bag all the way up to the top because then you have nothing to hold on to. So that should be enough for what we're going to do. And then you can pull it out, unfold the top, and shake the frosting down to the tip. And then gather up the end and squeeze it until you get some frosting coming out."
