"Now its time to add our dry ingredients. We are going to add 3 cups of flour make sure that they are full and even cups. We would add 2 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 3/4 teaspoons of salt. Now mix that up until it is smooth. We mixed that batter for 2-3 minutes until it is smooth. Now we are going to take it out, scrap off your beaters and pour into the pans. Use a spatula to scrap the bowl and get all that batter out. Take a look at the batter in your pan and make sure that they are even if it doesn't look even just take a little out of one pan and pour it into the other one. You want to be even so the cakes could be the same. Your pans should be about 2/3 full."
