"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village I'm cooking our pudding on medium high heat I will stir that frequently so it doesn't stick to the bottom and we will keep stirring it and watching it until it becomes bubbly and thick. Then we would cook it just 1 minute more after it becomes bubbly. Okay I have been stirring it now for about 5 minutes and it has become thick you see how nice and thick and now it is bubbling. You can see it bubbling there we would just let it bubble there for a minute longer and then we would shut off the heat and we would add our 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Okay shutting off the heat now I will add our 2 teaspoon of vanilla and stir that in. 1,2 and then just stir that in and then we are going to let that sit, you can even put in the refrigerator until it comes to room temperature and then we add it to our pie. "
