"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village first we are going to make the peanut butter layer of our peanut butter meringue pie. We would start with 1 cup of confectioner's sugar and put that into the mixing bowl fitted with a regular mixing blade and a 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter. Put that all in there we are just going to mix that into it is smooth and mixed together it shouldn't take long. You might want to start your mixer slowly so the confectioner's sugar doesn't puff out. Okay the peanut butter mixture is finish when you get this nice crumbly texture. Okay and we are just going to sprinkle that on the bottom of our pie crust. It is very dry and crumbly and we would just spread it out nice and evenly on our pie crust and now would be a good time to preheat or oven to 450 because we are going to brown our meringue and we would be making our pudding filling next. "
