"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we are going to make our peanut butter cream filling. Let's start by putting our 8 ounces of cream cheese into the mixing bowl and scrap that all in there nice. Our 1/2 cup of peanut butter it is a creamy peanut butter don't use crunchy unless you like it crunchy and then you can use crunchy. It is a creamy filling so you want. Add 1 cup of confectioner's sugar put that all in there and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Okay we are going to beat that all up with our paddle until it is nice and smooth. You want to stop and scrap down the sides to make sure you get all the powder sugar and whatever sticks to the sides. So just scrap that down and continue beating until it is smooth. Okay we let that beat for about 2 minutes and it is nice and smooth. You can see that and now I'm going to transfer it to another bowl and we are going to whip our cream in this bowl. So let's just scrap off all that good stuff and we would transfer to another bowl. Get all, scrap it all down get every bit out of there. "
