"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village our ganache glaze is finish I'm just going to use a towel to wipe the water off the bottom of the double boiler so you don't get water into your crust. This is our ganache glaze it looks nice and creamy and we are going to use 2/3 of it we just pour you can just estimate about 2/3 of it we would put on the bottom of the pie and then we are going to save the remaining third to put on the top of the pie as a decoration. So we are just going to save that we will put it aside until we are finish with the peanut butter cream filing and this we will put into the refrigerator to chill so that will firm up it won't be liquidly anymore it would firm right up. So I'm going to put that in the refrigerator while we prepare our peanut butter cream filling."
