"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we are going to make our cobbler filling. First we are going to put our 1/2 cup of water or 4 teaspoon of cornstarch (get that all in there) and a 1/2 cup of brown sugar into our pot and we would stir that up and we would heat that until it becomes bubbly. The cornstarch would cause the liquid to thicken up. Let me show you what it looks like right now it doesn't look like much but that would become bubbly and thicken. Just heat it in a low or medium heat and stir it constantly so you don't burn on the bottom. Okay now it's a little bubbly and it is beginning to thicken and now we would add our peaches. That is our 4 cups of peaches our tablespoon of margarine and a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and we are just going to heat that until it is warm and the butter or margarine is melted. Ops I'm trying to show you that is what it looks like. Okay just until it is heated through. Now our filling is ready to go into the crop. We would just pour that right in there and we would set that aside while we make our topping. Get all those yummy juices in there."
