I'm going to add more liquid this looks a little bit to dry and we are going to use our ice water. Let's add another 2 tablespoons so now we have a total of 5 tablespoons our receipt called for 4-6 tablespoon of ice water. This has 5 tablespoon of ice water and you just mix that just until it forms into a ball and there we go. And our dough has formed into a ball this is what it looks like. Now we would take it and wrap it in a piece of baking paper. Just pour your dough onto the paper. This is for a 2 crust pie so I'm going to break that in half and press it. Don't over handle it but press it into 2 round pads of dough and we would wrap them separately and let them sit in the refrigerator until we are ready to use them. Okay next we are going to prepare our filling for our pie. "
