"Hi, my name is Kip and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, we are going to make the pie crust cover for the top of our maple apple pie. Of course to roll out your pie crust, the cover, we've already done the bottom, we will need our rolling pan and we have our choices. I am going to try this one. Of course, your other half of the dough and a little flour to keep the crust from sticking the surface. Just spread that around a little bit. Take our pie crust and smash it flat. Try to keep it around, turn it over and take your rolling pin and work from the middle out. It's not a problem to get a little flour on top of that as well as if you are getting a little too much dough sticking to your roller. This roller pin has these little orange things that give you the exact thickness you are looking for. "
