Mixing Ingredients for Maple Apple Pie Filling

"Hi, my name is Kip and on behalf of Expert Village, in this clip we are going to show the combining of the ingredients to make our Apple Pie. First of all, just take our maple and pour that right on in there and if you have a rubber spatula with you that will be handy. Take our Tapioca and our cinnamon and nutmeg but we will keep our butter and just lay that on the top of our pie pan before we bake. Just stir that on in there and then just to boost the flavor of the maple a little bit, we will take and just 1/8 of a teaspoon or so, no more than a quarter in our mixture. Stir that up and we are now ready to add this to our pie pan. "
